iRegNet multi GOI analysis analyze overrepresented upstream genetic factors and chromatin states.
Running time of the analysis is highly dependent on number of query genes, p-value threshold and alpha level.
Users are strongly advised to set the p-value threshold for 1e-(half of query gene length).
If there are no statistically significant regulators overrepresented within user defined gene set, regulatory network of Top 5 regulators will be visualized.
