Running time of the analysis is highly dependent on number of query regions, p-value threshold and alpha level.
Users are strongly advised to set the p-value threshold for 1e-(half of query region length).
If there are no statistically significant regulators overrepresented within user defined region set, regulatory network of Top 5 regulators will be visualized.
